women's pelvic health

Women’s pelvic health refers to the health and proper function of the muscles, nerves, and organs in the pelvic area, including the bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs. These structures help support the body, control bladder and bowel function, and contribute to sexual health and comfort. Pelvic health can often be improved and maintained with specific exercises and treatment techniques.
